No. All subscriptions are billed annually; there is no monthly billing and no single-access option for any database. Even for a shorter need, the annual subscription is the only format, giving your team a full year of data updates, tools and support.

No. Primary Commodity Prices is sold by industry, and each industry bundles a fixed set of commodities, so the minimum subscription is one complete industry. You choose from the coverage options at checkout; custom commodity selections are not offered.

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), by PayPal or by bank wire transfer. All payments are processed by FastSpring, Intratec's e-commerce partner.

Subscriptions paid by credit card or PayPal renew automatically at the end of each annual cycle, charged to the same payment method. Wire transfer subscriptions do not auto-renew: you re-purchase each year, or access ends at the close of the current billing period.

There is no cancellation penalty and no lock-in. You can cancel at any time in your account portal with no early-termination fee; cancelling stops the automatic renewal, and access continues until the end of the billing period already paid.

Yes. Every plan allows confidential sharing among employees of your company. Seats per plan: Starter 2, Pro 3, Advanced 5 and Ultimate up to 20. Add users under Users Management; they must use your company email domain, and each login is personal and cannot be shared.

Starter access is limited to the country where the subscription was purchased (IP-based geo-restriction). Pro and Advanced give global access with no geographic limits, so they are recommended when your team works in more than one country.

Starter, Pro and Advanced are for internal use only: sharing data with clients, contractors or other outside parties is not allowed. The Ultimate Plan, quoted on request, allows sharing with designated third parties and use in products or services under its contract; reselling is never allowed.

The API is included at no extra cost in the Advanced and Ultimate plans, subject to a monthly data request limit set by the subscription. Starter and Pro subscribers need to upgrade to Advanced or Ultimate to use it.
