Yes. All plans allow sharing with colleagues of the same company: Starter includes 2 logins, Pro 3, Advanced 5 and Ultimate up to 20, added under Users Management. Only colleagues with your company email domain can be added, and each login is personal.

Not on Starter, Pro or Advanced, which are licensed for internal business use only. Sharing with clients or contractors and use in products or services need the Ultimate Plan, under its contract terms, or a written non-standard license. Reselling Intratec data is prohibited on all plans.

Intratec accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), PayPal and bank (wire) transfer. All payments are processed by FastSpring, Intratec's e-commerce partner.

If you pay by credit card or PayPal, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual cycle, charged to the same payment method. Wire transfer subscriptions do not auto-renew: re-purchase each year, or access ends with the current billing period.

There is no cancellation penalty and no lock-in. Subscriptions are billed annually, but you can cancel at any time in your account portal with no early-termination fee. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.
