Frequently asked questions

The two are independent purchase modalities. With a subscription, you commit to one or more industries for a calendar year and automatically receive every report scheduled for those industries that year, all in the Detailed edition, delivered in quarterly. With individual purchases, you select specific reports one at a time and choose the edition that fits your need (Compact, Detailed, or Premium). Reports included in the subscription remain available for individual purchase in the store — there is no subscriber exclusivity.

No. The smallest subscription unit is one annual industry group subscription. The subscription is sold by industry group, not by commodity or by custom report basket.

All subscription reports are delivered in the Detailed edition. Subscribers can upgrade individual reports to the Premium edition separately, at the standard upgrade fee.

Yes for credit card and PayPal — auto-renew preserves the same selected industries at the same price into the next calendar-year cycle. Wire transfer renewals are manual repurchases at the public price then in effect.

Yes. The annual price applies regardless of the month of purchase. A mid-year subscriber gains immediate access to reports already released that year for the selected industries, plus all remaining quarterly batches through December 31.

Yes. Added industries are charged the full annual price (no pro-rata) and treated as a new purchase. The discount on the new transaction is calculated only on the size of that transaction — earlier purchases are not retroactively recalculated.

No. Each report is sold as a complete document in one of the three editions.

Credit card, PayPal, and wire transfer are accepted for both individual purchases and subscriptions. Auto-renew is available only on credit card and PayPal.

Yes, within the limits of your purchase. Compact and Detailed editions, and the subscription, permit sharing with co-workers in the same business. Premium edition extends sharing to the entire business group. Third-party sharing and integration are not allowed under the standard offer; publication use requires prior written consent.

No free trials are available. Free sample excerpts and methodology documentation are published as open resources to help prospective buyers evaluate the product before committing.
