How often are reports released?

Reports are published monthly, at the beginning of each month. The exact release day depends on the plan: 3rd business day for Advanced and Ultimate, 5th business day for Pro, and 8th business day for Starter. A structural four-month data gap applies to pillar scores to ensure all 33 countries have reported final macroeconomic, trade, and industrial figures — guaranteeing consistent cross-country comparison. Cost estimating datasets carry no such gap and reflect the most recent period available.

Can I share reports with colleagues?

Yes, within the limits of your plan. Starter and Pro subscriptions permit sharing with coworkers in the same company; Advanced extends this to the entire business group (including subsidiaries and affiliates); Ultimate is the only plan that permits sharing data with third parties outside your organization.

What does "home-country access" mean on the Starter plan?

Starter subscribers can only log in from the country registered at purchase — access is restricted by IP location. Data coverage is not reduced: every country contracted in the Order Form is delivered in full. Pro, Advanced, and Ultimate plans have no location-of-access restriction.

Can I add or change countries after subscribing?

Countries can be added to an existing subscription at any time — the subscriber pays only the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. Countries cannot be switched or removed once added, so teams should pick the initial country list carefully. Only the subscription owner can make changes.

Is there a free trial?

No free trials are available. Free preview reports and methodology documentation are published as open resources to help prospective subscribers evaluate the product before committing.

How do I access the reports?

Reports are delivered as monthly PDF documents, one per country per month. Subscribers log in at intratec.us, open "My Products," filter by Industry Economics & Competitiveness, select the country, and view or download the latest report. Advanced and Ultimate subscribers can also retrieve the underlying data via Excel Add-In, Power BI, or REST API.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time from the account menu. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are issued for the remaining time.

Is technical support included?

Advanced and Ultimate plans include technical support via email, with responses within 3 business days and a quarterly allowance of 2 man-hours per subscriber. Starter and Pro plans include sales support but no dedicated technical support for report-related questions.
