Yes. Your usual discounts apply first. Your balance then covers the final price, dollar for dollar.

If all items are eligible, use your remaining balance and pay the difference as usual.

The account that bought the membership. The balance is not shared across accounts, even within the same company. If the buyer leaves, write to support and we can transfer the membership, with its full balance and current end date, to a colleague.

Your membership runs for 24 months from the payment confirmation. Buying another membership before then gives your whole balance a fresh 24 months. Any balance left at the end cannot be recovered or refunded. Anything you already bought keeps its own access period.

No. It is a one-time fee for a 24-month term. We do not charge you again unless you buy another membership.

No. You start and confirm each renewal yourself, choosing your balance at checkout if you have one. Subscriptions billed to a card keep renewing on the card as before; buying a membership does not change that.
