Plant Construction Cost Indexes (IC Indexes) are unbiased multipliers for instantaneously adjusting construction costs of industrial plants over time. These monthly series measure the changes in the average cost of constructing a plant, with historical data and short-term forecasts available to predict trends.

IC Indexes for up to 33 countries are provided with the annual subscription to Intratec Industry Economics Worldwide. Subscribers can also access other key factors impacting the costs of commodity manufacturing operations, such as average costs of industrial utilities and plant location factors.
