LLDPE (a.k.a. Linear Low Density Polyethylene) is one of the three main types of polyethylene. It is a copolymer of ethylene and alpha-olefins. The most common comonomers (also referred to as short-chain branches) used commercially are 1-butene, 1-hexene, and 1-octene.
Intratec offers professional, easy-to-understand reports examining LLDPE production costs. Each study describes an industrial plant, including main process units and site infrastructure, and presents an independent analysis of capital and operating costs. All reports are based on the most recent economic data available (Q2 2023).
