Acetic Acid (also known as Ethanoic Acid, Hydrogen Acetate and Vinegar) is a carboxylic acid found in dilute solutions in many plant and animal systems. A significant fraction of the Acetic Acid produced worldwide goes into polymers derived from vinyl acetate, used in paints and coatings, cellulose used to produce acetate fibers, and as solvent.
Intratec offers professional, easy-to-understand reports examining Acetic Acid production. Each study describes an industrial plant, including main process units and site infrastructure, and presents an independent analysis of capital and operating costs. All reports are based on the most recent economic data available (2019/20).
