Phenol (a.k.a. Carbolic Acid, Benzenol) is an organic compound. It is found as a white, crystalline solid with a characteristic odor and burning taste. It is very soluble in alcohol, ether, benzene and chloroform. The solubility in water is limited below 65°C. Above this temperature, phenol and water are miscible. An interesting characteristic is that it gradually turns pink when exposed to light or heat.
Intratec offers professional, easy-to-understand reports examining Phenol production. Each study describes an industrial plant, including main process units and site infrastructure, and presents an independent analysis of capital and operating costs. All reports are based on the most recent economic data available (2019/20).
