Nylon Price Outlook
Nylon Price Outlook. The price of Nylon 6 (United States) decreased during June 2025 to 2,460 USD per metric ton, which represents a considerable decline of 9% compared to the previous month’s value. On a year-over-year basis, the prices of Nylon 6 (United States) decreased significantly by 14%. Meanwhile, the average price of Nylon 6 (China) amounted to 1,280 USD per metric ton, from 1,770 USD per metric ton one year earlier. On a month-over-month basis, the price of Nylon 6 (China) is 0.8% lower than the price one month before.
The price of Nylon 6 (Southeast Asia) declined slightly throughout June 2025, reaching 1,790 USD per metric ton. The price is 1% lower than the average price in the previous month and 10% lower than the average price one year before. In contrast, the prices of Nylon 6 (Europe) increased during June 2025, reaching 2,090 USD per metric ton, which means a rise of 6% from the previous month’s price and a decline of 22% from the previous year’s price.
