Track LPG Prices in Taiwan

The above chart displays sample historical information taken from an earlier edition of the Energy Prices & Markets in Taiwan Report. It illustrates LPG prices in Taiwan, measured in TWD/mt, as follows:

• Propane, import contract, cif
• Butane (n-butane), import spot, cif
• LPG (propane, butane, and isobutane), household

LPG Price, Taiwan (Feb 25). The price of Propane, imp, TW was approximately 21,600 TWD per mt, reflecting a decline of 7.3% compared to last month. In comparison to last year, Propane, imp, TW prices saw a rise of 0.3%. The price of Butane (n-), imp, TW stood at around 19,800 TWD per mt, indicating a decrease of 6.4% from the previous month's rate. Year-on-year, Butane (n-), imp, TW prices dropped by 8.6%. The LPG, hho, TW price was around 33,500 TWD per mt, showing a slight decline of 0.2% from last month. Year-over-year, LPG, hho, TW prices increased by 1.3%.
