Diesel Price, Russia (Feb 25). The price of Diesel (ULSD), export, RU was approximately 9,300 RUB per Bbl, reflecting a decrease of 10.7% from the previous month's figure. On a year-over-year basis, Diesel (ULSD), export, RU prices rose by 0.3%. The Diesel (LSD), retail, RU price was around 11,300 RUB per Bbl, indicating an increase of 0.3% compared to the prior month's figure. Year over year, Diesel (LSD), retail, RU prices rose by 9.5%.
