Year-over-year, Diesel (LSD), ret, RU prices saw a rise of 9.3%. For Diesel (ULSD), exp, RU, the price was about 7,330 RUB per Bbl, indicating a decline of 21.2% compared to the previous month. On a year-over-year basis, Diesel (ULSD), exp, RU prices dropped by 19.7%.
