I subscribed to a Business Plan....how can I add the other accounts to my subscription ?

As a subscriber to one of our Business Plans you are entitled to add accounts to your subscription with no additional costs. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that all the users you want to add to your subscription already have an account at our website, if not they must create one, for free, at www.intratec.us/register.
  2. Send an email (using the email address registered at our website) to our support team informing us the email addresses of the accounts that you want to add to your subscription. We kindly ask you to use the following subject "Enterprise Plan - Request to Add Accounts to My Subscription"
  3. Our support team will process your request in no more than 3 business days. Once your request is processed, our team will send you an email confirming that the accounts now have access to your subscription while it is active.
