First Time Buyers

You can easily access the data you subscribed for in Intratec’s User Area, by following the steps below:

  1. Login at www.intratec.us with your email and password (top-menu)
  2. Once logged on, you must click on "Go to User Area" (top-menu)
  3. In the User Area, hover the mouse over “Your Products” (top-menu) and click on the data you want to access.
  4. Then, in the next page, you should select the chemical/utility/index of your interest, using the dropdown menu right below page title.

Data presented in our Indexes & Pricing Databases is refreshed on a monthly basis, as new information is obtained. However, it is important to highlight that the frequency which specific regional data is actually updated depends on how often official sources from countries from those regions report that data.

In this context, by the end of each month - typically in the second or third week -, Intratec team updates Indexes & Pricing Data with data of the previous month.

Once logged on, in the User Area, you can easily download the data you are interested in!

In the page were the data is presented, just hoover the mouse over the ‘Download’ button, in the upper left corner of the chart, then you select ‘Data’ (for PDF, CSV and EXCEL files) or ‘Image’ (for PNG or JPG files). Just click on the option of your interest and that is it, you will download the file.

Intratec's policy is to always provide its customers with truly relevant and reliable information, which enables timely and well-supported decisions. Therefore, once a customer orders a report, the Intratec team refreshes its market figures and techno-economic parameters – this ensures that our customers always have relevant and up-to-date assessments.

In this context, the delivery of each report ordered takes 1 - 10 business days from the date of the payment confirmation, according to the delivery option selected during the purchase.

You can easily access purchased reports in Intratec’s User Area, by following the steps below:

  1. Login at www.intratec.us with your email and password (top-menu)
  2. Once logged on, you must click on "Go to User Area" (top-menu)
  3. In the User Area, hover the mouse over “Your Products” (top-menu) and click on “Production Cost Reports”
  4. Select your report in the drop-down 'Select a Report of Interest', then click on the 'Download' or 'View' links of the report you wish to access.

Finally, please note that only Extended or Advanced versions of reports can be downloaded. Basic versions of reports are available only as online PDFs

You can easily download invoices related to purchase of reports or subscriptions in Intratec’s User Area, by following the steps below:

  1. Login at www.intratec.us with your email and password (top-menu)
  2. Once logged on, you must click on "Go to User Area" (top-menu)
  3. In the User Area, hover the mouse over “Account” (top-menu) and click on "Orders".
  4. Then, in the next page, you will see all orders made - just select the invoice of your interest and click on the download icon.

Our customers are entitled to cancel subscription plans at any time, whenever they want. To cancel a subscription, you should follow the steps below:

  1. Login at www.intratec.us with your email and password (top-menu)
  2. Once logged on, click on "Go to User Area" (top-menu)
  3. In the User Area, hover the mouse over “Account” (top-menu) and click on "Subscriptions".
  4. Then, you should see a list of all of your subscriptions on our website - just click on the cancel link of the plan you are willing to cancel.

Intratec team proceeds with the cancellation within 2 business days. Upon cancellation, an email will be sent confirming that the recurring billing is interrupted. Please note that refunds related to Intratec Indexes & Pricing Data subscriptions are NOT provided.
