- Check if the email is in your spam / junk folder. If so, please whitelist any email sent from @intratec.us and @mail.intratec.us.

If you could not find the email anywhere, that is most likely because it has been filtered due to your company email filters and corporate policies. Ask your company IT team to whitelist Intratec emails with the following message:
"I need to log in at Intratec's website, one of our suppliers. Please whitelist emails from the domains intratec.us and mail.intratec.us"
